Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I warm my cookies?
Based on our experience, we recommend microwaving each cookie for 10 seconds, or warming in the oven for 2-3 minutes at 350 degrees. 

How long does it take to ship my order?
We try to send two batches of cookies each week. Our goal is to get your yummy cookies to your door as soon as possible!

Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes! We recommend placing them in a freezer bag, and well sealed, they can be frozen for up to 6 months. When ready to warm, let them thaw at room temperature before reheating.

Can I make special requests or place bulk orders?
